Project Description

This course is for those who do not wish to spend a considerable amount of money in order to improve the company’s warehouse operations. It is ideal for middle to top managers who are or may, in the course of their normal duties, be called upon to take up a task related to improving warehouse operations. Alternatively, the course would suit anyone within the organisation who wants to learn how other companies have acted in order to exploit best their warehouse capabilities.
