Project Description

This course is for those who may be required to prepare themselves and their companies towards a new logistics activity. It is ideal for middle to top managers who are or may, in the course of their normal duties, be called upon to take up a task related to setting up of such an activity. Alternatively, the course would suit anyone within the organisation who wants to understand the principles behind the methodology to follow when design a logistics activity.
