Mr Dalas is a Professional Production and Management Engineer (Meng. Msc, PMP) with over 20 years of industrial experience in Oil, Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Manufacturing Industries. His wide expertise includes:, Project Mnagement Maintenance, Planning, Scheduling & Work Control, Machinery Troubleshooting, Machinery Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Maintenance and Operation of Pressure Vessels, Piping Support, Piping Design, Carbon Steel & Alloy Piping Prefabrication, Carbon Steel & Alloy Piping Supports Pre-fabrication, Carbon Steel Heat Exchangers Fabrication, CS Vertical Columns/Pressure Vessels Fabrication, Steel Structures, Ironworks, Hydraulic System & Troubleshooting, Hydraulic Tools, Mechanical Alignment, Rotating & Static Equipment, Condition Monitoring, Construction Management, Building Structures and Electrical-Mechanical Equipment.
Currently, he is freelance Technical Consultant, Instructor and Project Manager . During his career life, Mr. Dalas has gained his practical and field experience through his various significant positions and dedication as the Technical Manager, Project Engineer, Safety Engineer, Deputy Officer, Instructor, Construction Manager, Construction Engineer, Consultant Engineer and Mechanical Engineer for numerous companies including the Biological Recycling Unit and the Department of Supplies of Greece, Alpha Bank Group, EMKE S.A and Polytechnic College of Evosmos. Mr. Manos has a Master’s degree in Energy Systems from the International Hellenic University, School of Science & Technology and a University degree in Management & Production Engineering from Technical University of Crete. Further, he is also a Certified Energy Auditor for Buildings, Heating & Climate Systems and a Member of the Hellenic Valuation Institute and the Association of Greek Valuers and he is a Licensed Expert Valuer Consultant of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness.

Nickolas is a retired Chemical Engineer with more than 40 years industrial and educational experience. He holds a Chemical Engineer MSc diploma, a Mechanical Engineer BSc and Petroleum Engineer BSc diploma.
In his 40 years’ experience in the area of Oil and Gas out of which 10 was in a management position and more than 20 years in the field of the Health Safety, Environmental and Quality. Has worked in parallel as visitor lecturer at University of Western Macedonia in Greece and in Kavala Technological Institute. Also is an experienced trainer and Accredited Trainers for Adults from the Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) since 2008, with a lot of conducted courses. Mr. Rogers has participated in European committees through CONCAWE, he has very good knowledge of European and Greek environmental legislation and he has contributed to the effective and efficient performance of the duties for Environmental Management positions. Today still works as consultant in big Greek companies offering his deep knowledge and experience in Chemical Engineering, Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality. He is writer of a lot of scientific papers and books.
During these years, working under pressure, he has focused on results; He has sharpened his people management, negotiating, communication, strategic and problem solving skills, identifying opportunities implemented and developed new ideas and methods.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rogers, has been known for his passion to include up-to-date modern topic practices within his course material, his sharing of hands-on experience, challenging his class members to come up with resolutions and the elaboration of a relaxed but fun stimulating atmosphere where the attendees enjoy the challenges of participating in a variation of group discussions and practical activities. Mr. Roger’s training experience includes, but is not limited to, a wide range of subjects related to Chemical Engineering subjects, laboratory and chemistry, data management, environmental issues, water and wastewater treatment, pollution control technologies, health and safety issues, quality systems and a variety of HSEQ subjects.

Chemical Engineer, PhD
Dr Lefteris Karagiannidis is a Chemical Engineer with a PhD on Heat Transfer – Thermodynamics of Refrigerants Fluids. He has a 27 years’ experience on environmental management and Health and Safety Issues. For the last 15 years he is teaching Mobile Air-conditioning and Thermodynamics at the Automotive Engineering dept. of Technical University of Thessaloniki, in Northern Greece. He has participated in numerous vocational training seminars addressed to engineers, on environmental management and health and safety issues. He is collaborating with the National Hellenic Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (ELINYAE) for the training of engineers and Safety Managers on Occupational Risk Analysis and Management issues.

During the last ten years has participated in several European Union Vocational and Educational Training (VET) projects either as a member of Technical Working Groups either as Project Manager. During these projects the occupational educational profiles of wastewater, solid waste management, healthcare and health and safety managers were identified. The required professionals’ qualifications and their training curricula were also determined.

At the moment Dr. Lefteris Karagiannidis is Head of Technical Services and Products Development Dept. of Environmental Chemicals Company (ENVICHEM – www.envichem.gr), situated in Northern Greece. Environmental Chemicals supplies specialised chemicals to different sectors of chemical industries aiming to the improvement of wastewater and industrial water operations and provides consulting and technical services on environmental and health and safety issues.

At the past Dr. Lefteris Karagiannidis was occupied by a chemical (crop protection products) company as Head of Technical dept. He was responsible for the development of new crop protection products’ formulations and their licensing in European market. He was also occupied by a Technical and Consulting Company (SIGMA Consultants) involved in numerous environmental management, occupational Health and Safety and Risk analysis studies addressed both to public organisations and private companies originating from chemical, oil and gas, metallurgical, food, paper mill industries, tourism sector, etc. He was member of working teams and project manager of environmental impact studies, major technological accidents (SEVESO) consequences studies addressed to the above mentioned industrial and other sectors.

Dr. Lefteris Karagiannidis is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He was member of the Civil Protection Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece consulting on major technological accidents issues and also a member of the Industrial Committee of the Hellenic Association of Crop Protection Industries and member of the Environmental dept. of the Hellenic Association of Chemical Industries.

He is co-author of more than 16 technical papers on environmental management and heat transfer issues, which were published in international refereed technical magazines and presented more than 30 projects in international conferences and seminars. His scientific works and studies is been cited by more than 150 other scientists, worldwide.

Mr Paul ColoniasSenior Busienss Analyst
Msc Chemical Engineer – Logistics Manager
Mr. Paul Colonias, is a Senior Business Analyst responsible for the design and implementation of business solutions. With over 25 years of extensive experience in various companies, he had occupied several significant positions as Supply Chain Manager, Production Coordinator, Production Planning Manager, Logistics Manager, Purchasing Manager and Assistant Dyeing Manager. He has worked, among others, for Hellenic Fabrics SA, AKZO Chemicals, EKO Refinery and Greek Navy Force. Through these years, Mr. Colonias has acquired applied knowledge and expertise in subjects such Production Management, Supply Chain & Operations Management, Logistics and Transportation Planning, Demand Forecasting & Planning, Production Planning & Shop Floor Scheduling, Project Management, Cost Reduction Techniques, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Material Requirement Planning, Budgeting & Cost Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Process Improvement, Team Leadership & Training, Change Management, Auditing and Database Design & Implementation. He has participated lately as an Industry Expert in a European programme for Augmented Reality industrial applications (Satisfactory Project). His passion for improving organizational structure lead him as Project Manager in various IT projects, ranging from the design of a simple report to a full installation of a new ERP. Further, Mr. Colonias has taken part in a lot of local and international conferences as a speaker and he has published several articles as a co-author. He has been involved in vocational training, courses, workshops and seminars for various organizations and companies in his fields of expertise in Greece and abroad. He is a Certified Instructor/Trainer with the National Agency of Human Resources and member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Mr. Colonias has a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent, UK and a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
