Project Description

Quality Management is a method for ensuring that all the activities necessary to design, develop and implement a product or service are effective and efficient with respect to the system and its performance. The quality management system defines and establishes an organization’s quality policy, objectives and procedures. More and more, customers and regulators are insisting that the products and services they receive were developed or manufactured under an accredited, registered Quality Management System. One of the best known families of quality management standards is the ISO-9001 series, developed by the International Organization for Standardization.
