General Terms and Conditions

• Payment: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Your spot in the course is not confirmed until full payment is received.
• Refunds and Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
• Course Postponement: Falcon reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such an event, registered participants will be given the option to transfer their registration to a new date or receive a full refund.
• Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. Falcon reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment without a refund.
• Certificate of Attendance: Certificates of Attendance will be issued to all participants who complete the course. These will be sent to the participant within two working days of the session’s completion.

• Training Outline and Topic: You have reviewed the course’s comprehensive outline and topics, as detailed in the promotional materials. You agree that the content is suitable to cover your training needs and professional development goals.
• Facilitator’s Profile: You have reviewed the professional profile of the course facilitator, as these have been provided to you. You are satisfied with the facilitator’s qualifications, expertise, and experience in the subject matter.
• Suitability: You have determined that this training program is an appropriate fit for your current skill level and professional objectives.
