Project Description

This course is a comprehensive, highly practical and interactive course where the participants shall have an opportunity to discuss Risk Management according to ISO 31000 and be provided with the extensive information with best practice in dealing with the subject.

According to ISO 31000, Risk Management should create and protect value, be an integral part of all processes, be part of our decision making, it should be used to deal with uncertainty, be systematic, structured, and timely. It also must be based on the best information, must be tailored to our environment. It should not be ignored that according to ISO 31000, Risk Management must consider human and cultural factors, be transparent, inclusive, and also relevant and dynamic.
